On May 28, 2024, in Hanoi, the leadership of Hanoi Telecommunications Corporation (Hanoi Telecom) and VMO Holdings Technology Corporation signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. Under this agreement, the two entities will enhance cooperation at a high level through collaborative activities in technology, telecommunications, workforce training, and market development, aiming to support each other in expanding and developing business operations both domestically and internationally.

Established in 2012, VMO Holdings Technology Corporation (VMO Holdings) is currently among the top software companies in Vietnam, specializing in consulting and developing software products for over 200 international market clients, including new technology solutions such as IoT, AI/ML, and Blockchain.
To leverage the strengths of both parties in their respective fields of operation and business, aiming to build sustainable strategic relationships and further development, on the afternoon of May 28, 2024, in Hanoi, Hanoi Telecom and VMO Holdings officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. This agreement aims to establish formal cooperation relations, laying a solid foundation for current and future relationships between the two entities, implemented through the optimal exploitation of market potential and business advantages of VMO Holdings and Hanoi Telecom, based on compliance with legal regulations and the financial capabilities of each party. Specifically, the two companies will jointly develop business cooperation opportunities in the semiconductor field – a key area in the 4.0 industrial revolution, to enhance competitive capabilities in the international market. Collaboration in training and recruiting high-quality workforce is also an important goal, creating conditions for the development of human resources to meet the increasing demand for talent in the fields of information technology and telecommunications. Lastly, Hanoi Telecom and VMO Holdings will utilize their customer networks and international experience to expand the market, bringing the products and services of both companies closer to global customers.
The comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement between Hanoi Telecom and VMO Holdings is expected to create a breakthrough in the development process of both companies, supporting domestic and international businesses in enhancing the effectiveness of digital transformation activities and creating more sustainable values.
