On the morning of May 26, 2023, the online course “Fast & Professional Report Writing Skills,” shared by Instructor Đàm Thanh Hiếu, successfully took place for all Hanoi Telecom employees, providing them with valuable knowledge.

A professional report not only needs to meet content requirements but also requires elements of formatting and language used in the report. However, not everyone knows how to create an accurate report. Therefore, the knowledge provided in the “Fast & Professional Report Writing Skills” course has helped Hanoi Telecom employees overcome the obstacles they’ve been facing.

They also got acquainted with Power Query Editor in MS Excel, common charts, and how to use Pivot Table to create dynamic reports.
