NMS change the fanpage name and brand identity image

On September 22, 2021, NMS announced rebranding, changing the name of Fanpage with a new brand identity image. This is the first time NMS has changed its brand identity during 12 years of establishment and development.

In the early days of establishment, NMS started from a small Customer Care Center in Hanoi with nearly 50 employees. Over 12 years of operation, NMS has gradually developed with 2 Callcenters in 2 big cities, Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh. The image of Callcenter employees has been the main brand image of NMS during the past years.

In 2021, NMS company announced the transformation from a provider mainly of outsourced solutions Callcenter, Contact center to a multi-service provider and information technology solutions – IT Services and Solutions . NMS Company changed the name of the Fanpage with the brand identity image in accordance with the new strategy and vision announced and implemented in reality; affirms that NMS is no longer a mere Callcenter service provider. Currently, NMS is providing customers with 3 main service areas: Software Outsourcing, IT Managed Services and BPO (Callcenter, Contact Center, data entry) along with high quality information technology solutions, advanced software, professional service.
