Vietnam Cyber Security Technology Joint Stock Company (VNCS) was established in 2011 as one of the member companies of Hanoi Telecom Group – a leading telecommunications and information technology provider in Vietnam, and is also an investor, establishing, developing, and managing the Vietnamobile mobile information network with partner Hutchison Telecom.
