Service Virtual PBX
The Virtual PBX (VPBX) solution by HITC – a subsidiary of Hanoi Telecom, launched in October 2019, was honored with the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2020. This service enables seamless connectivity across multiple devices, including IP phones, analog phones via IP‑Gateway, computers, and smartphones using Softphone applications. Users can make and receive calls from anywhere with Internet access.
The system supports universal device connectivity (fixed IP phones, mobile phones, Softphones) and handles hundreds of simultaneous calls, making it ideal for online businesses, multi-branch organizations, and large telesales teams. Its user-friendly interface integrates comprehensive features such as IVR, intelligent call routing, and detailed reports by day, month, and year to effectively manage business operations and customer care.
VPBX ensures high call quality and helps businesses optimize both initial investments and operating costs. Furthermore, it supports advanced security mechanisms like call encryption (SRTP, TLS) and strict access control (configurable upon customer request).
