Hanoi Telecom Summarizes the First 6 Months of 2023

On the morning of July 13, 2023, Hanoi Telecom organized a summary session for the first 6 months of the year and rallied the energy and spirit to conquer the goals of the remaining 6 months.
With the motto “Individually, we are just a drop of water. Together, we are an ocean,” Hanoi Telecom connected all three regions via Zoom, including the South and the Central regions, to ensure that all employees could participate.
This occasion served not only to review the achievements that have been accomplished but also as a moment of deep reflection from the company’s leadership and all employees.

HTC-HITC Alliance Clinches Championship in the Friendly Football Tournament Celebrating HTC22

In the final match held at 9:30 AM on April 21, 2023, at Hòa Lạc Football Field, the HTC-HITC Alliance triumphed over Vietnamobile, securing the championship trophy and claiming victory in the Friendly Football Tournament celebrating HTC22.
After intense and closely contested minutes of play, the HTC-HITC Alliance emerged victorious against Vietnamobile, clinching the championship title of the Friendly Football Tournament celebrating HTC22 with a final score of 2-1.
Congratulations to the HTC-HITC Alliance, whose synchronized and successful teamwork earned them the reigning championship of this year’s season.
We express our appreciation for the players’ wholehearted fighting spirit and the enthusiasm of the spectators who cheered on the players. With this glorious victory, the players of the HTC-HITC Alliance not only obtained the prestigious championship trophy of the season but also became heroes in the eyes of their fans.

Opening Ceremony of Friendly Football Tournament Celebrating HTC22

At 2:00 PM on April 14, 2023, the opening ceremony of the Friendly Football Tournament celebrating HTC22 was successfully held at Hòa Lạc Football Field, amidst an enthusiastic and vibrant atmosphere of athletes and spectators.
This football tournament is part of a series of activities leading up to the commemoration of Hanoi Telecom’s 22nd anniversary and aims to promote interactions, enhance health, and provide a healthy playground for the employees of the Hanoi Telecom Corporation and its subsidiary units.
Following the opening ceremony was the semifinal match between the HTC & HITC Alliance and HTE. The match was intense and thrilling for 60 minutes, with daring tackles keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. Both teams brought spectators through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the game, and the final score favored the HTC & HITC Alliance with a 3-1 victory.
In the second semifinal match between Sunteco and Vietnamobile, the pursuit was equally spectacular, intense, and a display of full dedication from the players. The match concluded with a final score of 5-3 in favor of Vietnamobile.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the players for their consistent performance and resounding victory during the opening ceremony. HTC 2nd Friday Learning Day: Thanks for Course “Top-notch PowerPoint”

On the morning of August 11, 2023, at Hòa Lạc, the course “Top-notch PowerPoint” attracted over 50 employees from Hanoi Telecom and participating member units.
With the easy-to-understand and enthusiastic guidance of Instructor Phùng Quang Huy from 9Slide, new knowledge was continuously updated and shared, and it was warmly received by all participants.
All Hanoi Telecom learners practiced together to swiftly create professional and modern presentations.
Through this training session, Hanoi Telecom aims to equip all employees with a new, simple, yet highly effective approach to creating reports. We sincerely appreciate the instructor team from 9Slide as well as all the participating employees.

On the morning of May 26, 2023, the online course “Fast & Professional Report Writing Skills,” shared by Instructor Đàm Thanh Hiếu, successfully took place for all Hanoi Telecom employees, providing them with valuable knowledge.
Report writing skills are incredibly essential for any employee in an organization or business. A professional report not only needs to meet content requirements but also requires elements of formatting and language used in the report. However, not everyone knows how to create an accurate report. Therefore, the knowledge provided in the “Fast & Professional Report Writing Skills” course has helped Hanoi Telecom employees overcome the obstacles they’ve been facing.
With the detailed insights from Instructor Đàm Thanh Hiếu, all participants grasped the structure of various types of reports and the mindset needed for report writing, as well as the most practical process for constructing reports. They also got acquainted with Power Query Editor in MS Excel, common charts, and how to use Pivot Table to create dynamic reports.
Through the “Fast & Professional Report Writing Skills” course, Hanoi Telecom employees received comprehensive support for their report-making process and are expected to apply the knowledge effectively in the future. HTC 2nd Friday Learning Day: Thanks for Course “Why Teach Kids About Money Early”

On the morning of March 10, 2023, the online course “Why Teach Kids About Money Early,” delivered by lecturer Doan Bich Ngoc – CEO of JA Vietnam, was successfully conducted for all Hanoi Telecom employees, providing valuable knowledge.
Teaching children about money early is an intelligent educational approach that parents should implement to help children understand the value of money, develop savings consciousness, and avoid wasteful spending in the future.
When it comes to teaching children about financial management, many parents think that young children don’t understand much, so it’s not necessary to focus on education. Therefore, this course helped Hanoi Telecom’s parents elevate their understanding and adopt an early approach to financial education, guiding children to understand their roles, the value of money, and most importantly, how to manage finances from an early stage of using money for spending.
In addition, parents also gained insight into 7 principles for establishing a useful method of teaching children about money:
Maintain a democratic regime and respect for children
Help children understand the law of cause and effect correctly
Use effective rewards and punishments
Ensure fairness among children
Understand your child
Family unity and consensus
Lead by example for children
Teaching children financial management is never too early. Even if you’re not an expert, parents can provide a basic financial foundation for their children.
