Hanoi Telecom Hosts Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Workshop

On the afternoon of September 21, 2023, Hanoi Telecom organized a vibrant and meaningful event at its headquarters under the theme “Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Workshop” as part of its Thursday afternoon coffee program. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from the company’s executives and members of various subsidiaries.
Hanoi Telecom’s Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Workshop was organized as an opportunity to foster unity and immerse in the traditional festive spirit of Vietnam before the Mid-Autumn Festival. It was not just an educational event but also a chance for everyone to demonstrate their solidarity and creativity in making mooncakes.
Under the guidance of professional chefs, participants learned how to craft visually appealing and delicious mooncakes using simple ingredients.
Participants were divided into teams and took part in a competition to make mooncakes and lanterns, contributing to the promotion of creativity and teamwork among team members.

“Energetic Passion – Burning Zeal” – A Memorable Team Building Journey in Quang Ninh

From September 15th to 17th in Ha Long, Quang Ninh, the most anticipated event of the year, the “Energetic Passion – Burning Zeal” Team Building, was successfully held.
This event was not just a recreational journey amidst the beautiful nature but with the participation of all employees from the three regions – North, Central, and South – it created a strong team spirit, uncovered individual passions, and developed skills for Hanoi Telecom’s team.
The event provided an ideal platform for Hanoi Telecom members to connect on a more personal level, fostering camaraderie in an informal setting.
Through engaging activities and challenges, employees had the opportunity to learn and develop naturally, enhancing important skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork.
It was an exciting opportunity to create memorable moments, filled with laughter and team spirit. We sincerely thank the leadership team and look forward to meeting again in the 2024 team building season.
On the morning of September 8th, we had the opportunity to participate in a highly beneficial course from Hanoi Telecom, with dedicated guidance from two outstanding instructors, Bui Thanh Hung and Ha Thuy Linh. This course helped us grasp the usage of an essential tool in report writing – “5W2H,” to ensure that we can create reports effectively and in line with our objectives..
In today’s business world, knowing how to compile a report accurately is crucial. It not only provides accurate information to management and partners but also helps us gain a deeper understanding of our projects or tasks. The 5W2H tool (Who, What, When, Where, Why, How, How much) helps us answer a series of critical questions to build a perfect report.
Who: Identifying who is involved or which organizations are relevant to the project or issue you are reporting on. This helps determine responsibility and how to contact those involved when necessary.
What: Clearly defining the key information that needs to be reported. This helps focus on the most important aspects of the report.
When: Determining the time and important milestones related to the project or issue. This aids in tracking progress and planning.
Where: Identifying the location where the project or issue takes place or where information related to the report is collected.
Why: Understanding why the project or issue is important and why it needs to be reported. This ensures that the report’s objectives are clearly understood.
How: Describing the implementation of the project or resolution of the issue, as well as how information and data are gathered.
How much: If applicable, identifying specific figures, numbers, or data related to the project or issue.
The course has helped us gain a clearer understanding of how to use this tool to create high-quality reports and effectively meet our objectives. More importantly, we learned from individuals with practical experience and a deep understanding of this field.

COLOUR RUN 2023 – Vibrant Gathering with Hanoi Telecom

On the morning of August 26th, Hanoi Telecom organized the eagerly anticipated Colour Run 2023, with the enthusiastic participation of over 200 sports enthusiasts from its member units. This collective effort painted a vibrant and dynamic scene at Hoa Lac.
Embracing a philosophy that transcends mere running, the Colour Run 2023 by Hanoi Telecom created unforgettable moments on the August weekend morning. From the very first twists and turns to the leisurely painted paths, athletes collaborated to produce unique and captivating images along the running route.
The harmonious blend of nature and hues gave life to a vivid tableau, as the path unfolded amidst fresh, verdant trees and unexpected bursts of color. The participants not only engaged in the run but also radiated happiness with every step and smile.
As the last footsteps crossed the finish line, the colorful morning of the Colour Run drew to a close. Yet, within the heart of each participant, the cherished memories and delightful moments will linger eternally.
More than just a running event, this day was a celebration of joy and camaraderie. Congratulations to the 200-plus athletes who together crafted an engaging and indelible morning.
In the afternoon of July 18, 2023, nearly 200 Telecoms participated in the experience of dissecting how to write content in the digital age in a course led by lecturer Tran Hoang Ha.
With the skillful and dedicated guidance of the instructor, all students practiced it in the classroom with great excitement and success.
Through the class, students have mastered the principles, formulas as well as knowledge to write attractive and appropriate content to serve not only work but also in life.

Hanoi Telecom organizes blood donation day “RED FRIDAY”

April 7, 2023 at TW Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Hanoi Telecom Joint Stock Company has cooperated with the institute to organize the blood donation day program “RED FRIDAY”. This is an annual activity maintained by Hanoi Telecom with the motto “Every drop of blood given – A life stays”
Donating blood does not cause adverse health effects, even has certain positive effects on the body. The donated blood will be quickly regenerated by the body, serving the circulatory process. Donating blood does not take much time and energy, but it is extremely necessary for society and is a very meaningful and beautiful job imbued with human values.
Especially now, every hour, in the world in general and in our country in particular, the lives of many sick people, many victims of labor accidents and traffic accidents are facing dangers due to insufficient blood supply in time.
At the blood donation festival, Employees of Hanoi Telecom and 9 member units participated in the voluntary blood donation. Thank you to the staff who registered and accompanied in this program. Love in your own way!

Challenge Yourself – Ready to break through yourself

Hanoi Telecom’s Challenge yourself was open in Hanoi with the route to conquer Ham Lon peak – “The roof of the capital” on March 24, 2023.
Inspired by the reality show “The Amazing Race”, Hanoi Telecom’s barrier trekking session was carried out in two different directions: flat trails and streams crossing many streams and jungles with the competition and close pursuit of 4 teams.

There are some people who, despite experiencing many difficulties and risks for the first time, have successfully reached the finish line. With the attractive and majestic beauty of nature, watching the scenery of mountains and forests, immense lake surface and immense purple forest. Conquering high mountains, dangerous rapids, all fatigue seems to disappear, leaving only a feeling of peace and comfort.
Ham Lon Mountain is located in the Monoton mountain range, in Soc Son district, Hanoi is known for its dangerous and challenging trekking routes, which is a paradise for backpackers. With the spirit of surpassing oneself, breaking personal barriers and trying at things that have never been done, Hanoi Telecom employees have conquered success together.
After the “opening shot” from Hanoi, according to the domino effect, the program will take place at the Central branch with Son Tra Peninsula climbing bow on March 25 and the Southern branch with Thi Vai climbing bow on March 26. This is also a meaningful activity of Hanoi Telecom to celebrate the Youth Month and the establishment of the Vietnam Youth Union with the message “Hanoi Telecom youth are ready to break barriers, overcome all their limits and successfully conquer the heights in 2023”.
